January 29, 2020 PhD at Urgench State University. 03 / 30.12.2019. The founding meeting of the Scientific Council for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philology 55.02.02 was held. It was attended by members of the Scientific Council and its workshop. The founding meeting was held by the rector of Urgench State University, Doctor of Physico-mathematical Sciences BIbdullaev opened the introductory speech.
