Bilateral exchange with Bharati Vidyapeeth Research and Management Research Institute of India on December 16, 2020 in order to internationalize education at Urgench State University in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 20, 2017 Presidential Decree No-2909 "On measures to further develop the higher education system" a curriculum memorandum was developed and signed. According to this, professors and teachers of the two universities will conduct 10-day exchange courses for 100 talented students of master's and bachelor's degrees.

Dr. Veena Tripathi, Professor of the Bharati Vidiyapiit Research and Management Research Institute, and Master of Science in Financial Markets for undergraduate students of Urdu State University. Alka Dhingralar conducts online interactive classes remotely. Also, Bharati Vidiyapiit Research and Management Institute of India gave a master's degree in "Macro and Microeconomics" to Urgench State University, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Associate Professor I. Yu. Rudenko, and a master's degree in "Statistics" for senior students they conduct their classes online.

The initial foreign experience of specialists working on the organizational and technical support of this interdisciplinary exchange program was formed in the framework of the project "Center for the creation of modern online courses" funded by the World Bank International Development Association.

At the end of this online interactive course, which will be held from December 21 to December 31, 2020, students from Uzbekistan and India will be awarded International Certificates of Completion of the 30-hour curriculum. In an era of pandemics, at a time when there is a growing need to modernize higher education, such partnerships are only a factor that is effective and of interest to students.
