The aim of research work is to identify priority directions and develop scientific - practical proposals and recommendations for sustainable development of production processes of agricultural prodcuts based on modeling.

The object of the research work is agricultural products in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the entities involved in the processes of their cultivation.

Scientific novelty of the research work is as follows:

developed a system of components included in the value chain infrastructure in production agricultural commodities and proposed mechanism of formation of smart agri value chain mapping and data platform;

substantiated the results of questionnaire survey on priority directions, influencing factors, development of agricultural producers based on the logit and probit models;

systematized seasonal fluctuations by using a deterministic model and periodic characteristics by using Fourier series in production of agricultural commodities;

developed scenarios for sustainable development of agricultural production processes and forecast measures of key indicators (volume of production) for 2021-2025 years based on multi-variant econometric models.

Implementation of the research results. Based on the obtained scientific results on econometric modeling of agricultural production processes:

The proposal to develope a system of components included in the value chain infrastructure in production agricultural commodities and proposed mechanism of formation of smart agri value chain mapping and data platform were used in practice by Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Act of Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan №04/022-661 of February 18, 2021). This sequentially creates possibility of obtaining fast, reliable and primary information on agricultural production processes; The proposal to substantiate the results of questionnaire survey on priority directions, influencing factors, development of agricultural producers based on the logit and probit models were used in practice by Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Act of Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan №04/022-661 of February 18, 2021). This proposal has created a chance of using to determining the directions to ensure sustainable development of agricultural producers; The proposal to systematize seasonal fluctuations by using a deterministic model and periodic characteristics by using Fourier series in production of agricultural commodities were used in practice by Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Act of Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan №04/022-661 of February 18, 2021). Using this proposal is very important in detecting seasonal fluctuations The proposal to develope scenarios for sustainable development of agricultural production processes and forecast measures of key indicators (volume of production) for 2021-2025 years based on multi-variant econometric models were used in practice by Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Act of Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan №04/022-661 of February 18, 2021). The results of this forecast served to develop forecast indicators of volume of agricultural production.

The structure and volume of the thesis. The dissertation consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendices. Total volume of the dissertation includes 126 pages.
