Rector of BNTU, DOCTOR OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES, PROFESSOR KHARYTONCHIK SERGEY VASILEVICH WAS GIVEN THE TITLE "HONORARY PROFESSOR OF URGENCH STATE UNIVERSITY"

Today, a meeting of the members of the delegation led by the rector of the National Technical University of Belarus Kharitonchik Sergey Vasilevich and the members of the university council led by the rector of the Urgench State University Bakhrom Abdullayev was held.

At the meeting, an agreement was signed between the two parties based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit and efficiency in order to strengthen cooperation in the field of education and scientific research and expand relations.

This contract provides for the creation of a joint research and production center of BNTU - UrSU at Urgench State University, the introduction of innovative achievements of science and technology into the educational process, the transfer of modern technologies, the introduction of scientific research results into production, science, education and envisages a number of promising relations, such as the development of strategic plans for ensuring production integration, the creation of new innovative products, the introduction of new technologies, scientific developments, and projects based on additional contracts.

After that, the services of BNTU Rector, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Kharitonchik Sergey Vasilevich to science and higher education, and his great contribution to the development of mutual cooperation between universities were specially recognized by UrSU Rector B. Abdullayev was recognized and thanked, and by the decision of the Scientific Council of the university on November 20, 2023, Kharitonchik Sergey Vasilevich was awarded the title of "HONORARY PROFESSOR OF URGENCH STATE UNIVERSITY".

During the meeting of the delegation members and the university management, BNTU Rector Kharitonchik Serhiy Vasilevich made a presentation and in his speech introduced the members of the council to the current activities of the Belarusian National Technical University.

At the end of the meeting, souvenirs were presented to the guests.
