December 1 - sports competitions were held in connection with "World AIDS Day"
Today, on November 30, competitions were held among university students in the sports of volleyball, chess, checkers, and table tennis under the slogan "Together towards a healthy life" at the indoor sports fields of Urgench State University.
An opening ceremony was held before the competitions. The first vice-rector of UrSU D. Ibadullayev, the deputy chairman of the sports club M. Rahimov, the doctors of the regional AIDS center spoke about the preventive processes within the framework of the "World AIDS Day", gave the students information about AIDS, HIV infection and always a healthy lifestyle. living according to the criteria, they gave recommendations about the importance of sports.
