A conference was held between the administration of UrSU and the Trade Union Committee

On January 30, 2024, a conference was held between the administration of UrSU and the Trade Union Committee on the implementation of the clauses of the Collective Agreement for 2023-2025 in 2023 and the approval of the collective agreement for 2024.

224 delegates from faculties and departments took part in it. The conference was led by S.Khodzhaniyazov, vice-rector for academic affairs of UrSU. At the conference, the report of the rector of the university B.I.Abdullayev and the trade union committee K.Khamrayev on the topic "The state of implementation of the collective agreement between the administration of UrSU and the primary trade union committee in 2023" was heard.

After that, "Implementation of the clauses of the agreement concluded between the administration of UrSU and the primary trade union committee on labor protection and safety equipment of employees and students for 2023 and the agreement for 2024 "Approval", "Approval of the Act of the special commission on the completion of the clauses of the collective agreement in 2023" was discussed, and proposals and initiatives of the delegates were heard in this regard.

According to the results of the meeting, in order to further improve the work of protecting the socio-economic and legal interests of union members and students in need of social protection in 2022, a contract for 2023-2025 was concluded between the university administration and the primary union committee. The additions and changes to be made to the team description in 2024 have been approved.
