The employees of the Department of Protected Natural Areas of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change "Khorazm National Nature Park" carried out promotional activities on the occasion of the day.

For information, the main objective of the Ramsar Convention is the protection and wise use of wetlands as a means of achieving sustainable development worldwide. The Republic of Uzbekistan joined this convention in 2001.
