The summer tourism school has started its work at Urgench State University

Urgench State University is organizing a summer tourism school for students of partner higher education institutions on June 3-10, 2024. About 30 students with their teachers from our Republic and foreign higher education institutions, including the partner Gansu Agricultural University of the People's Republic of China and the National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" are participating in this school. 

It should be said that such summer schools are traditionally held at Urgench State University in cooperation with foreign partner universities. This summer school is focused on the field of tourism, in which foreign and Uzbek guest students are not only participating in lectures and seminars, but they are also  able to travel the "Kalajik Qala" complex in Bog'ot District and the Khiva "Ichan Qala" complex, which are among the tourist areas of Khorezm Region. 

Also, during the trip to the museum "Memory of Victims of Repression" in the structure of UrSU, the students got interesting information about the history of our country, the old people and their ideological struggles, and the museum exposition.

Excursions to the Khorezm Innovation Technology Park and the Faculty of Chemical Technologies were organized as part of the project.
