"Rector and youth" meetings continue

On September 17, Rector of Urgench State University Bakhrom Abdullayev met with the 1st year students of the Faculty of Chemical Technologies. First of all, rector B.Abdullayev talked about the reforms implemented in the field of education in our country and emphasized that these are primarily aimed at supporting youngsters. At the same time, it is noted that the young generation should  appreciate the opportunities created, they should work hard to achieve success in life. He gave youngsters advice on learning foreign languages, mastering professions that are in high demand in the labor market, and spending their free time meaningfully. 

Specially recognizing the achievements of the Faculty of Chemical Technologies in the field of science and innovation, he called on the students to follow in the footsteps of their mentors and become worthy successors in this regard.

After that, the next meeting of Urgench State University Rector B.Abdullayev with the students of the 1st stage continued at the Technical Faculty accompanied by Rector's advisor R.Sharipov. At the meeting, it was mentioned that it is important for students to constantly strengthen the knowledge they have acquired during the lessons in order to become mature specialists, that they spend their free time meaningfully, and that there are sufficient conditions at the university for additional training. 

Today, it was noted that a number of fields such as power engineering and mechanical engineering, hydrotechnical and geotechnical engineering, mechatronics and robotics, water management and land reclamation, and logistics are developing and promising personnel are needed for these directions.
