Scientific laboratories will be established in cooperation with Chinese universities

On June 25 of this year, Vice President of Lanzhou Jiaotong University of China - Haowen Yan, Deputy Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Department - Zhan Guojun, and Director of Science and Technology Department - Li Haijun visited Urgench State University. The university management warmly welcomed the guests. 

After that, official negotiations took place. First, vice-rector for international cooperation G.O'razboyev spoke about the university's current activities and international relations, Dean of the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences - J. Ruzimov and Dean of the Technical Faculty - M. Kurbanov spoke about the departments of the faculties and education, they gave detailed information about their complaints. They made proposals to establish the exchange of professors and teachers in the fields of technology and engineering, to participate in cooperation in international projects, and to involve specialists in the educational processes of the university.

After that, the official representatives of the parties signed an agreement on the establishment of scientific laboratories and the Confucius Institute at the Urgench State University.
