Preparing applicants for higher education through free training courses: The rector met with graduating students

In order to ensure the implementation of the instructions of the Order No.18 of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated January 17, 2025 “On the organization of preparatory courses for applicants in higher education institutions, including children of graduating classes from poor and low-income families”, in accordance with the order of the rector of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni dated January 20, 2025, it was determined to organize free training courses for a total of 170 graduating pupils registered in the Bog'ot, Gurlan and Qo'shko'pir districts of the Khorezm region. 

These days, on the eve of the start of these training courses, explanations are being carried out by the university officials in order to establish individual contacts with graduating students and inform them about the training courses being organized.

Today, the acting rector of the university, prof. S.Khodjaniyazov, was also in the Qo'shko'pir district, had an individual conversation with graduating pupils and gave them a detailed explanation of the importance of training courses, what knowledge and skills they should acquire during the courses. The rector also told the students about the quality of education at the university, the opportunities created for applicants, and what they need to pay attention to in the process of obtaining higher education.
