These gardens will be a wonderful garden...!

As you know, today, in the city of Jizzakh, as part of the “Green Space” project, a spring planting marathon was launched to organize the “Garden of Intellectuals” under the slogan “These gardens will be a wonderful garden...!”

As part of the project, a tree planting marathon was held simultaneously in all regions of our Republic. All professional and higher education institutions from studios in 14 regions of our Republic participated in it online.

In particular, good deeds such as planting saplings were also carried out at the Faculty of Chemical Technologies of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni. All professors, teachers, volunteer students and youth actively participated in the marathon and contributed to improving the ecology of the region.

It is worth noting that in the spring of 2025, it is planned to plant 2,000 fruit and ornamental seedlings at the university as part of the national project "Green Space", and today a total of 500 seedlings were planted, including 100 apple trees, 200 sumac trees, and 200 Japanese jasmine trees.
