The international conference on "Korean Studies, Education and Innovations" has begun its work at UrSU

Today, an international conference on "Korean Studies, Education and Innovations" is being held at the Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni, on the initiative of the Faculty of Foreign Philology, scheduled for April 10-12. First, the opening ceremony of the conference was held. 

At the conference, the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of the university, G.Urazbayev, made a speech, opened the conference and wished success to its activities. Also, the director of the Korean National Cultural Center, Antonina Kim, and the associate professor of the Faculty of Foreign Philology, J.Ermetova, spoke and expressed their opinions on the current significance of the conference, grant projects implemented in collaboration with Korean higher education institutions, and the interest of youth in learning foreign languages.

After that, the conference began its activities. It is being attended by Korean guests from higher educational establishments  of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, a group of specialists from various higher educational establishments  of our country, as well as professors and teachers of Urgench State University.

The artistic performances presented by students of the Faculty of Foreign Philology brought a good mood to everyone.

The conference will continue its activities in the second part of the day with branch meetings.
