“Open Doors Day” was organized for school graduates
On April 23 of this year, “Open Doors Day” was organized in the IT Park of Urgench as part of the “Women of Creativity-2025” festival in order to involve school graduates in higher education.
Higher education institutions in our region participated in the event with exhibitions presenting their opportunities.
In particular, Urgench State University also presented its scientific and educational opportunities. University representatives informed students, especially female graduates, about the available areas, scholarship programs, scientific projects, and conditions created for students. Exhibitions of modern laboratories, sports facilities, and other infrastructure available at the university were also shown.
Open Doors Day was a great opportunity to increase interest in higher education among young people and strengthen cooperation between universities. Students who participated in the event asked many questions and received detailed information on the areas of interest to them.
Deputy Prime Minister Z.Mahkamova, Deputy Governor of the Region, Head of the Department of Family and Women N.Kutlimuratova, Head of the Khorezm Regional Territorial Department of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Z.Sa'dullayev and a group of other guests attended the event and expressed special interest in the pavilions of our university.
