Meetings Between Urgench State University Leadership and Faculty Teams Continue

On June 25, the leadership of Urgench State University continued its series of meetings with faculty academic staff. In particular, Acting Rector S.Khodjaniyazov and all vice-rectors first met with the academic team of the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences, followed by a meeting with the Faculty of Philology and Arts.

During these meetings, the work carried out throughout the academic year was reviewed, and achievements were acknowledged. Future tasks and priorities were also outlined. A number of important issues aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of education were discussed.

Key topics included:
Organizing high-quality student internships;
Preparing for the new academic year;
Developing curricula and academic programs;
Evaluating faculty performance based on the KPI system;
Supporting graduate employment;
Active participation in the “Step into the Future” and “Crucial 90 Days” projects;
Engaging in grant and international projects;
Promoting educational exports;
Strengthening foreign language learning;
Deepening scientific research efforts.

Detailed discussions were held on these directions, and the university leadership provided the necessary instructions and guidance for their effective implementation.
