“ONE HOMELAND, ONE NATION, ONE FLAG!” — THE 34TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ADOPTION OF THE STATE FLAG CELEBRATED
On November 17, at the Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni, a festive event dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the adoption of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held. The event took place under the slogan “One Homeland, One Nation, One Flag!” At the event, Q.Kochkarov, a lecturer of the Department of Law at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, highlighted in his speech the meaning and importance of today's celebration.
Indeed, today’s flag is a vivid expression of our country’s sovereignty, freedom, and national values. Each of its colors and every symbol embody the courage of our ancestors, the unity of our people, and confidence in the future.
During the event, a festive concert program prepared by talented students and professors of the Faculty of Philology and Art was presented. Songs, musical performances, stage scenes, and artistic presentations gave the event a festive spirit and further illuminated the majestic status of the flag. For the participants, it became not only a celebratory gathering but also a vivid expression of deep respect for the Homeland, the people, and the flag.
