Department scientific seminar
On December 18, 2025, at 14:00, an extended seminar meeting of the Departments of Geography and Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni was held.
At this meeting, the dissertation of basic doctoral student Boymurodov Rifat Zarifovich, entitled “Geospatial Analysis of Areas Sensitive to Desertification in the Khorezm Oasis”, written for the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geographical Sciences in the specialty 11.00.01 – Physical Geography, was discussed.
