An International Scientific Conference on “An Integrative Approach to Teaching Foreign Languages: Innovations and Best Practices” is Being Held


Today, an international scientific conference titled “An Integrative Approach to Teaching Foreign Languages: Innovations and Best Practices” has commenced at Urgench State University in cooperation with Urgench State Pedagogical Institute.

This prestigious event is attended by more than 20 leading scholars and experts from countries such as India, China, Turkey, Russia, Slovenia, Malaysia, and Indonesia, as well as professors, researchers, and students of Urgench State University and Urgench State Pedagogical Institute.

During the conference, the Rector of Urgench State University, Feruza Madrakhimova, delivered a speech highlighting the scientific and practical significance of the event. In her address, she emphasized that introducing modern approaches to teaching foreign languages, supporting young researchers, and further developing international scientific cooperation are among the key priorities of today.

At present, within the framework of the conference, participants are presenting scientific reports on improving foreign language teaching methodology, theoretical and practical aspects of the integrative approach, effective implementation of digital technologies in the educational process, and the effectiveness of innovative pedagogical approaches.

During the plenary session, distinguished professors and lecturers from Slovenia, Turkey, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, and Russia, along with representatives of Urgench State University and Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, delivered presentations on topical issues such as new methodological approaches to foreign language teaching, the role of artificial intelligence and digital platforms in language learning, and improving the quality of education based on a competency-based approach.
