A Mathematics Tournament Dedicated to the Memory of Academician Azimboy Sadullayev Was Held

Urgench State University hosted the “Memorial Tournament” in Mathematics dedicated to the memory of the distinguished mathematician and academician Azimboy Sadullayev.

The prestigious tournament brought together nearly 60 talented, motivated, and academically gifted school students from general education schools across the region who have a strong interest in mathematics. During the competition, the young mathematicians demonstrated their logical thinking, quick problem-solving skills, and solid mathematical knowledge, participating in engaging and highly competitive contests.

The main purpose of the event was to further enhance young people's interest in mathematics, support talented students, and widely promote the rich scientific legacy of Academician Azimboy Sadullayev, who made a significant contribution to the development of science.

Based on the results of the written examinations, the winners of the tournament were determined. During the award ceremony, students who achieved outstanding results were presented with Certificates of Honor and commemorative gifts. In addition, letters of appreciation were awarded to the teachers who guided and inspired them in their pursuit of knowledge.
