STUDENTS OF URGENCH STATE UNIVERSITY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WINNERS OF THE “STUDENT — RUN” COMPETITION!
Today, at the “Student — Run” mass running competition held at the Arda Khiva Complex, students of Urgench State University achieved outstanding results and, surpassing the students of all higher education institutions in the region, won all 6 prize-winning places in the competitions among girls and boys.
In particular:
Among girls:
1st place — Ismoilova Dilafruz — student of the Athletics program, Group 262. Department of Combat Sports;
2nd place — Sharipova Shahina — student of the Basketball group. Department of Combat Sports;
3rd place — Shuhratova Intizor — student of the Athletics program, Group 241. Department of Combat Sports.
Among boys:
1st place — Yakubov Sarvar — student of the Athletics program, Group 241. Department of Sports Games and Physical Education;
2nd place — Boyjonov Shaxzodbek — student of the Handball group. Department of Sports Games and Physical Education;
3rd place — Jumaboyev Siroj — student of the Handball program, Group 261. Department of Sports Games and Physical Education.
The fact that all prize-winning places were secured by students of our university, in particular, by students of the Faculty of Sports Activities, is yet another vivid example of the great attention paid to sports at our university and of the high enthusiasm and determination of our young people!
