Scientific-methodical seminar of Bobojonov Otabek, teacher of the Department of Fruit and Vegetables of Urganch State University on the topic "Learning wine varieties of grapes with the help of modern pedagogical technologies"

50 grape varieties are included in the agricultural State Register of grape varieties recommended for planting in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main varieties are: "Aleatiko", "Bayan Shirey", "Kuldzhinsky", "Magarachsky", "Morastel", "Muskat Aleksandriysky". ", "Muscat Hungarian", "Muscat Rozovy", "Muscat Uzbekistansky", "Rkatsiteli", "Saperavi", "Riesling", "Tarnau" are widely distributed in the republic. In 2021-2024, 156,000 hectares of new vineyards were established in 48 districts specializing in viticulture. During the past period, 85,000 hectares (55%) of vineyards were planted. Garden named after Academician Makhmud Mirzayev. More than 1,000 grape varieties have been created at the scientific research institutes of viticulture, viticulture and winemaking and plant science. In addition, the Russian "Kurchatovsky Institute" and "Magarach" scientific centers, the Austrian Higher Federal College of Viticulture and Winemaking, and Italy's Bologna and Florence scientific cooperation is being carried out with universities on the creation of new varieties of grapes. In this way, the professors and teachers of the department addressed the speaker and students with the questions they were interested in, and the seminar was full of questions and in an upbeat mood.
