On November 2nd, a training seminar on topic "Global Korea Scholarship" was held at Urganch State University with the participation of representatives of the KSLE project operating in the "English Language and Literature" department of the Korean Education Center under the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Faculty of Foreign Philology.
The professor at the department J.Ermetova and the winners of GKS in Uzbekistan Z.Khaydarova, Kim Oksana took part in the meeting and gave a presentation to students and youth about the grant program and opportunities for studying in Korea. Also, prospects of Korean studies in Uzbekistan, effective ways of teaching Korean country studies was presented at the seminar.
