The final number of the "Young Speakers" competition was held

             Today, on February 27, the final edition of the "Young Speakers" competition was held in the Palace of Culture of the Urganch State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni. The young talents of the university competed in two stages. Each speaker demonstrated his skills, impressive speech and the ability to attract the audience. They spoke on the given topics, thought logically, and presented clear arguments.

                                                                                                         

The results were as follows:

1st place: Rahimova Dilrabo, a student of the 211th Uzbek language group (a prize of 4.5 million soums);

2nd place: Rahmonova Lolagul, student of Russian language group 211;

3rd place: Rozmetova Zahro, a student of the 222nd Uzbek language group.

 

           At the end of the competition, the dean of the Faculty of Philology and Art, professor D. Gayipov and faculty members awarded the winners and active participants of the competition. This competition serves to develop the art of public speaking among students, to form stage culture in them, and to increase the ability to express one's opinion fluently and reasonably.
