SCIENTIFIC-THEORETICAL SEMINAR
On December 5 of this year, a scientific-theoretical seminar was held at the Department of Russian Language and Literature within the Faculty of Philology and Arts at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni. During the seminar, presentations were delivered by Doctor of Philological Sciences and Professor O.O. Choponov on "Morphological and syntactic features of the language of diplomatic records regarding Russia's relations with Khiva and Bukhara in the 17th century"; Associate Professor S.R. Jumaniyozova on "Intercultural communication and its specific characteristics in a Russian-speaking environment"; and Associate Professor Z.N. Ruzmetova on "F.F. Fortunatov's contribution to the development of linguistic science." Faculty members actively participated in the seminar and shared their views and insights regarding the topics presented.
