Allamov Oybek Turabayevich was born in the Urganch District of the Khorezm region in 1985 in a working family. 
In 2014-2015, he qualified at the German State University of Oldenburg named after Karl von. In conjunction with qualification, he participated in the University's Q-MIG halqaro project.
In 2015-2016, he served as dean of the Faculty of Computer Engineering. In these years, the contest “the youngest active programmer“, organized among young professionals working in the field of Information Technology and communication development, won the Republican stage.
