Memory tournament in mathematics for secondary school students
Today, on June 5, 2021, Urgench State University is hosting a memory tournament in mathematics for secondary school students.
The memory tournament is dedicated to the memory of Ismail Abdullayev, a mathematician, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, associate professor, who worked at the Khorezm State Pedagogical Institute (now Urgench State University) in 1966-1995.
In the morning, the participants of the Olympiad were welcomed and the students were given an explanation of the rules of the Olympiad and began to solve the problems of the Olympiad at 10.00. The Olympiad is held among students of 5-10 grades of all secondary schools in the region. At the moment, young mathematicians are testing their knowledge.
It should be noted that during the tournament, a trip across the university, as well as a ceremony of awarding winners, are also planned.
