The regional stage of the Republican contest "Ma'rifat Maydoni" was held

The regional stage of the Republican contest “Ma'rifat Maydoni”, organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the agency of Youth Affairs of Uzbekistan and the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, was held today, November 17, 2021 at Urgench State University in order to inspire students and youth to noble goals, to use the influential power of literature, to study the heritage of ancestors, to develop the skills to create great literature worthy of our great culture.

Three universities selected at the regional stage of the competition: the “Xorazmiylar” team from Urgench State University, the “Poeziya” team from the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz and the “Avitsenna” team from the Bukhara State Medical Institute competed in the art arena.

Under three tasks, the teams were able to share their knowledge about the life and work of the leading figures of our literature in the "Adiblar hiyoboni" in the National Park of the capital through various performances, stage appearances, and poems.

The enthusiasm of the students, the interest in our literature and the festive excitement were reflected in every performance on stage.

In the spirit of healthy competition, the first place went to the team of Urgench State University “Xorazmiylar”, the second place to the team of Bukhara State Medical Institute “Avitsenna” and the third place to the team of Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz “Poeziya”.
