A delegation of Dongshin University of the Republic of Korea came to Urgench State University

As you know, professors and teachers fromDongshin University of the Republic of Korea visited Urgench State University in April this year and signed a number of contracts to expand cooperation between the two universities. In particular, the issue of sending a teacher for teaching korean language at Urgench State University, also discussed.

Today, Joongu Lee, Head of the International Education Institute of Dongshin University, visited the Urgench State University and met with the rector of the UrSU Bakhrom Abdullaev and vice-rector for International Cooperations Gayrat Orazboev.

At the official meeting, the issues of giving work visas for Korean professors, teaching schedule, accommodation, and salary were discussed. At the Faculty of Foreign Philology of UrSU, it was agreed to teach the Korean language from September of this year.

It was also discussed further expansion of cooperation, establishment of teaching of the Korean language in Tourism and Automotive directions, holding online seminars among students, exchange of professors and teachers, organization of 1+1 Joint Education on Master's degree.
