Congratulations of the Rector of Urgench State University B.I. Abdullayev on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Today, the people of Uzbekistan are celebrating the 31st anniversary of our independence, which was the long-time dream of our ancestors, with great pride in their hearts. This year, especially, this year's celebration of "Yangi Oʻzbekistonda el aziz, inson aziz!" the fact that it is held under the noble idea gives us all infinite joy. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all our compatriots and the team of our university, who are welcoming the greatest and dearest day with great joy and victories, on the happy 31st anniversary of our independence.
