A ceremony dedicated to the opening of the new academic year was held at UrSU
From September 5, the new academic year began in all educational institutions of our Republic. Great preparations for the new academic year were also carried out at Urganch State University.
Today, UrSU held an event dedicated to the 31st anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence and the beginning of the new academic year, as well as the ceremony of taking the "Student Oath".
The university management, all professors and teachers, representatives of the general public and students took part in the solemn ceremony.
Bakhrom Abdullayev, rector of UrSU, opened the event with a congratulatory speech, warmly congratulated the young people recommended for studentship, spoke about the achievements of the last academic year and the goals set for us in the new academic year, and wished the university team strength and success.
Congratulatory words and songs of the guests were heard at the solemn ceremony.
After that, Khaitboyeva Mukhlisa, a student of the Faculty of Philology, who was lucky enough to get the highest score in the entrance tests of the 2022-2023 year of admission to Urganch State University, read the "Students' Oath" on behalf of all the 1st year students.
