The 12th FLTAL conference was held at Urganch State University

On December 9-10 of this year, the next 12th International online conference of the FLTAL association was held at Urganch State University. About 90 representatives from 12 countries took part in it.

FLTAL-2022 Conference on "Foreign Language Teaching Methodology, Language Teaching and Learning, Applied and Cognitive Linguistics" to explore various perspectives on the development of connections between theory and practice and the application of research results in practice designed to attract research teams.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, the rector of Urganch State University, Bakhrom Abdullayev, gave a congratulatory speech.

It should be noted that the organizers are Urganch State University (Uzbekistan), Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (Uzbekistan), Uzbekistan State University of World Languages (Uzbekistan), Jizzakh State Pedagogical University (Uzbekistan), Wyoming University (USA), "December 1, 1918" University (Romania), Beijing University of International Studies (China), Qatar University (Qatar), Taraz International Innovation Institute named after Sherkhan Murtaza (Kazakhstan), Birkbeck, University of London (Great Britain), the University of Malta (Malta), the University of Auckland (New Zealand), the King Saud University (Saudi Arabia) and the participation of the conference were ensured to be at the level of international standards.

Also, an awarding ceremony was held among the students who actively participated in the conference in the category of "Best Article".

As the information, the FLTAL (Foreign Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics) conference, founded by Professor Azamat Akbarov, is designed to bring together researchers, practitioners and teachers interested in teaching languages and linguistics at all levels around the world. This conference was held in European countries in 2011-2016, in Kazakhstan in 2017-2018, in Russia in 2019 and in Samarkand in 2020, and in Bukhara in 2021.
