The Rector met with the team of the Faculty of Chemical Technologies

Today, on December 27, Rector of UrSU B.Abdullayev, accompanied by Z. Ibragimov, Vice-rector for Research and Innovation, and R. Sharipov, Rector's adviser met with professors and tutors of the Faculty of Chemical Technologies.

At the beginning of the meeting, the rector sincerely congratulated the faculty on the new year 2023. Noting the special achievements of the faculty, he recognized the pedagogues who worked actively during the past year.

 Also, the work done in the previous year, which is falling behind, was discussed, and the tasks for the new year were determined. Appropriate tasks were given to increase the faculty's scientific potential, participate in and organize international conferences, organize high-quality education, and obtain a foreign language certificate.

At the end of the meeting, certificates of honor were awarded to a group of professors and teachers of the faculty for their effective work, dedication in teaching, and teaching-methodical, and scientific-research work during 2022.

For information: currently, there are 3 departments in the Faculty of Chemical Technologies and a total of 53 professors and teachers are working in them. The scientific potential of the faculty is 37%. In the last two years, 2 Doctor of Science (DSc) and 7 Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees were defended.
