Rector Bahrom Abdullayev met with professors and teachers of the Faculty of Natural Sciences

At the meeting, the scientific work of the team was analyzed, further increase in the publication of articles in international scientific journals, in particular in prestigious journals belonging to the Scopus base, increase in business contracts, involvement of foreign teachers in teaching processes, increase in grants and patents, creation of favorable conditions for doctoral students, issues such as equipping laboratories at the level of demand were discussed.

For information, currently, the Faculty of Natural Sciences has 4 departments and a total of 100 professors and teachers are working in them. The scientific potential of the faculty is 39.2%. In the last two years, 17 PhDs were defended.
