Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Academician Ibrahim Abdurahmanov met with students of Higher Education Institutions of Khorezm Region

Today, the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, Academician Ibrahim Abdurahmanov met with heads of higher education institutions, professors and students of Khorezm region at the Palace of Culture of Urganch State University.

In it, the minister spoke about the fundamental changes in the higher education system of our country in recent years, the work being done to raise the quality of the educational process to a higher level, and future tasks.

At the meeting, Minister I. Abdurahmanov put forward a number of proposals and recommendations. In particular, in the process of education and upbringing, every professor-teacher should, of course, give new information to students and the youth about the figures of our great ancestors Al-Khorazmi, and Jalaluddin Manguberdi. He said that every educational institution should create a "Code of Honor" that unites the whole team, creates a sense of pride in the team, and introduces the positions of "Teaching assistant" and "Research assistant" in order to make effective use of professors in the educational process.

During the meeting, Khorezm scientists, professors, teachers and students-youth expressed their opinions and suggestions to the minister Ibrahim Abdurahmanov on further improvement of the work carried out in the field, and support of youth initiatives. In particular, young people told about the nature and practical importance of their start-up and innovative projects and asked the minister to support these projects.

After listening to all the proposals and initiatives, the Minister emphasized their positive resolution and support and gave relevant tasks to the officials in this regard.
