Training Sessions for Inspector-Psychologists Begin at UrSU


Today, on August 18, special psychological training sessions began at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni for (senior) inspector-psychologists of the internal affairs bodies dealing with juvenile matters.

These sessions are organized in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PQ-110 dated March 18, 2025, with the aim of improving the psychological knowledge and skills of inspector-psychologists and bringing them closer to modern education standards.

On the first day, participants are being trained on the following topics:

Psychological assistance and its types (psychotherapy, consultations, trainings);
Types of assistance provided to youth and families, and the role of the inspector-psychologist in this process;
Types of temperament and their impact on behavior, along with methods for working with individuals of different temperaments;
The impact of the external environment on the psyche.
The sessions are conducted by experienced professors and teachers from Urgench State University and other regional higher education institutions.

The training program will continue until August 27, 2025.
