The Rector Delivered a Lecture to Students as Part of the “Hour of the Future” Segment

On October 14, at the Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni, another educational session was held under the “Hour of the Future” initiative. The lecture was conducted by the university’s acting rector, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Sardor Khodjaniyazov.

During the session, detailed discussions were held on the economic, socio-political, and cultural developments taking place in our country, the essence of ongoing reforms, and their significance in the progress of society. The rector emphasized the wise policies pursued by the President, aimed at improving the well-being of the people, creating ample opportunities for youth, and modernizing the education system in line with current demands.

Students were also introduced to essential concepts about independent thinking in today’s globalized world, increasing social engagement, loyalty to national and universal values, as well as the modern standards of life that require high responsibility and patriotism from every citizen.

Educational sessions like these, held within the framework of the “Hour of the Future” initiative, play an important role in broadening students’ political awareness and worldview, and in strengthening their sense of loyalty to the Motherland, dedication, and social responsibility.
