Business Marathon Held as Part of “TalabaExpo–2025”
On October 16, at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni, within the framework of the “TalabaExpo–2025” career fair, a seminar-training session was organized for graduating students of the 2025–2026 academic year as part of the “Step into the Future” program.
The event aimed to guide graduating youth in their professional orientation, familiarize them with the real demands of the labor market, and motivate them for their future careers.
Participants included Bekhruz Ostonov, head of the “Step into the Future” center department, Doniyorbek Sobirov, head of “Eco Obi Hayot” LLC, Dovrug‘ Ro‘zmetov, head of the private enterprise “Dovrug‘,” and Feruzbek Kuranbayev, operations manager of “Tillo Domor” PE.
They shared their career paths, achievements, challenges they faced, and how they overcame them.
During the event, guests engaged in open dialogue with students, answering their questions. Practical advice was especially given on how to present a startup idea, create a business plan, and key stages of starting entrepreneurial activity.
