A motivational seminar-training “Business Marathon” was held at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics
Today, on November 21, at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni, the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics organized a motivational seminar-training titled “Business Marathon” for students, with the participation of leading organizational heads and entrepreneurs of the Khorezm region.
The main goal of the event was to bring young people closer to modern market requirements, business culture, innovative thinking, and the principles of personal development.
The event was led by the dean of the faculty, J.Khujamov. During the seminar, A. Yormetov, head of the private enterprise “Shovot Temir Beton,” spoke about the modernization of production processes, team management, and the role of persistence in entrepreneurship; A. Atamuratov, head of the Khorezm branch of the V. I. Romanovsky Institute of Mathematics, discussed the integration of science and business and the impact of mathematical research on economic efficiency; M. Iskandarova, an official of the Khorezm regional branch of the Agency for Efficiency of Governance under the President, spoke about management competencies, the role of youth in public administration, and the culture of initiative; U.Gummiyev, head of “Yangiarik Education Centre,” addressed innovations in education, creating successful projects, and goal-oriented planning; G.Jumanova, head of the department for training and professional development of pedagogical staff of the Khorezm regional Preschool and school education organization, spoke about new approaches to teacher training and the importance of professional growth; and Gh.Orazbayev, head of the Retail Business Department of the Karaul Bank Services Center, shared his experience regarding financial literacy.
At the end of the event, students received answers to all their questions.
