A scientific-practical conference on the topic "Constitutional Reforms and National Development" was held

Today, on December 4, at the initiative of the Department of Law of the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni, a scientific-practical conference titled "Constitutional Reforms and National Development" was held.

The conference began with a presentation by the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, Doctor of Economics, Professor I. Abdullayev, on the topic "The Legal Basis of Reforms in Uzbekistan’s Education System".

In addition, Professor N.Rajabov from Tashkent State University of Law under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Senior Inspector of the Public Relations and Legal Information Network of the Khorezm Regional Department of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the General Prosecutor’s Office, Justice Adviser T. Shamakov; as well as judges of the Urgench City Court delivered presentations on topics such as: “The Constitution – a Guarantee of Human Dignity, Freedom, Equality and Justice!”, “The Legal Services Market: The Role of the Justice System in Enhancing the Legal Culture of the Population”, and “The Constitution – the Legal Basis for Protecting the Rights of Entrepreneurs”. Detailed views were expressed on the essence and significance of constitutional reforms, their role in society and public administration, and approaches to the protection of human rights and the interests of entrepreneurs.

At the end of the event, the winners of the ‘Constitution Expert’ Olympiad held among students were solemnly awarded.”
