Students and young people of the Faculty of Sports Activities, Pedagogy and Psychology actively participated in competitions in various weight categories and won silver and bronze medals.
From April 6 to 13 of the current year, the Uzbekistan Weightlifting Championship among adults and youth was held in the city of Chirchiq.
In these competitions, students and young people of the Faculty of Sports Activities, Pedagogy and Psychology of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni actively participated in various weight categories and won silver and bronze medals.
According to the competition results:
2nd place: Barchinoy Salayeva — student of the Faculty of Sports Activities, Pedagogy and Psychology of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni (87 kg weight category);
2nd place: Masharif Yusupov — student of the Faculty of Sports Activities, Pedagogy and Psychology of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni (109 kg weight category);
3rd place: Izzat Rozimov — student of the Faculty of Sports Activities, Pedagogy and Psychology of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni (89 kg weight category).
