University lecturers are conducting club activities in schools
Cooperation with general secondary schools affiliated with Urgench State University is being carried out consistently. Today, January 27, at Specialized State General Secondary School No. 56 in the city of Khiva, the next session of the English language club was conducted by F. Iskandarov, a lecturer of the Department of English Language and Literature of the Faculty of Foreign Philology.
The session was dedicated to the topic “Save the Earth” and aimed at developing students’ environmental awareness as well as enhancing their ability to express ideas freely in English. During the lesson, students shared their thoughts and initiatives on environmental protection in English and reinforced their knowledge through various interactive question-and-answer activities.
In addition, the lecturer explored the students’ interest in the subject and held discussions in English about their future aspirations and the professions they intend to choose.
The lesson was received with great interest by the students and further increased their motivation to learn English.
