The next stage of the traditional “Young Orators” competition, regularly organized at the initiative of the Faculty of Philology and Arts of Urgench State University, was held.
This competition was dedicated to the 690th anniversary of the birth of the great commander and statesman Amir Temur. Talented students showcased their public speaking skills, speech culture, and historical knowledge, expressing the subtle aspects of the art of speech at a high level.
In their speeches, participants reflected on the life and activity of Amir Temur, his wise state governance, his exceptional mastery in military art, and his significant role in the history of national statehood.
During the competition, the jury evaluated participants based on criteria such as fluency of speech, the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, and stage presence. At the end of the event, the most active participants were duly awarded.
