“University Cup” Competition Held at Urgench State University
In accordance with the relevant decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the annual “University Cup” competition held every March at technical higher education institutions is also being organized at a high level at Urgench State University.
The opening ceremony was attended by Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations H.Matyoqubov and responsible officials, who provided detailed information about the essence, significance, and opportunities created for young people through this competition.
As noted, the main purpose of the competition is to develop the scientific, technical, and innovative potential of young people, encourage talented students to create modern technologies and startup projects, and prepare them for prestigious national and international competitions.
The first stage of the competition was held on April 9 in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and 3D Modeling, where students demonstrated their knowledge and skills through practical tests.
Today, the competition is scheduled to continue in the fields of Robotics and Drone Technologies.
