UrSU TAKES 3RD PLACE AT THE “KOVUN SAYLI” FESTIVAL!
On August 7–9, the traditional “Kovun sayli – 2026” festival was held at the Ichan-kala complex in Khiva. At the Urgench State University pavilion, more than 100 types of unique and innovative products created through melon processing based on the scientific research and applied studies of the University’s scholars, as well as creative developments and various exhibition displays, were presented.
At the award ceremony of this major cultural event, the efforts of the University team were recognized, and the University was awarded 3rd place by the regional administration and presented with a Damas vehicle.
This achievement is a worthy recognition of the unity, active engagement, and creativity of the University community.
