An International Scientific Conference on Mathematics Has Begun at Urgench State University


Today, the international scientific conference on “Diophantine approximations and related problems”, scheduled for August 24–28, officially commenced its work at Urgench State University.

The prestigious scientific event is attended by representatives of 27 universities and research institutions from 13 countries, including 37 foreign scholars and specialists. The conference serves as an important scientific platform for promoting international research cooperation, discussing modern research findings in mathematics, and facilitating the exchange of experience among scholars.

At the opening ceremony, A.Atamuratov, Vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovation at Urgench State University, delivered an address and conveyed the welcoming remarks of the university’s rector, F.Madrahimova, to the conference participants.

Following the opening ceremony, scientific presentations began as part of the conference, focusing on current issues in modern mathematics, recent research findings, and new developments in the field. During the presentations, advanced scientific approaches, theoretical and practical results are being discussed in detail, while scholars and specialists actively exchange ideas, knowledge, and professional experience.
