The Rector met with the staff of the Faculty of Foreign Philology
Today, Feruza Madrahimova, Rector of Abu Rayhan Beruni Urgench State University, held another meeting with the staff of the Faculty of Foreign Philology.
At the beginning of the meeting, Zohid Jumaniyozov, Dean of the Faculty, gave a presentation on the work carried out during the 2025/2026 academic year, the achievements attained, and the prospective plans for the 2026/2027 academic year.
During the meeting, a number of tasks were identified, including ensuring high-quality education, enhancing academic and research capacity, involving foreign professors and lecturers in the educational process, improving academic and methodological activities, organizing international conferences at a high level, developing dual education, strengthening the activities of student clubs, and increasing the number of students receiving state scholarships.
The meeting emphasized the need to provide professional development opportunities for faculty members at prestigious foreign higher education institutions, expand international cooperation, and take the quality of education to a new level.
