National games-the key to health
On April 23, 2021, among young people, the sports club of Urgench State University and the Physical Education Faculty under the motto “National games-the key to health” held the “Rector's Cup” competition in order to develop national values and turn folk games into a tradition.
The competition was opened by the Vice-rector on working with Youth of the Urgench State University S. Davletov, who in his speech wished all the teams good luck.
The teaching staff and students of the university competed in the “tug of war”, “lifting stones” and running.
According to the results of the competition, 1st place was taken by students of the Technical faculty, 2nd place - by students of the Physical culture faculty.
