Office of the Registrar

Academic mobility coordination and student work department (registrar’s office) started its operation on September 4, 2023. Currently, 21 employees are working in this department. 10 chief specialists, 3 first-class engineers, 2 inspectors and 5 dispatchers serve students in the department:

The Registrar’s Office provides the following services to students:

1. Connecting students to subjects;

2. Formation of academic groups;

3. Issuing diplomas and applications to students;

4. Provide students with transcript information;

5. Entering students into the electronic system and editing data;

6. Keeping documents related to academic mobility;

7. Keeping documents related to transfer and restoration of studies;

8. Providing students with a certificate of their studies;

9. Accepting and entering into the system the grounds for lessons left for good reasons;

10. Calculation of GPA indicators of students;

11. Creating a collection of documents of students admitted to the first course;

12. Forming a contract for students;

13. Monitoring the quality of lesson processes, lesson analyzes and controls;

14. Providing information about the university;

15. Providing information about the catalog of sciences;

16. Solving problems related to distance education portal (Moodle);

17. Working with collective files of students who have transferred their studies;

        In the future, the Department of Coordination of Academic Mobility and Work with Students plans to expand its activities and provide more services for students.
