On July 26, Rector of Urgench State University B. Abdullayev and Vice-Rector for International Cooperation G. O'razboyev toured Astrakhan State University.

In particular, they visited the laboratories, scientific library, professional higher translation school and other structures of the university. During the acquaintance with the conditions of the university, they got information about the material and technical support of the Astrakhan State University, the plans and achievements of the departments, their importance in the education of students.

The representatives of the Higher Vocational School of Translation provided information about the training of translators, the activities of the simultaneous translation center, Russian and foreign partners who accept students and graduates for internships and work every year.

He also visited the Bureau of Research and Development of Cyber-Physical Systems and Metalworking Technologies, the Research and Education Center for Logistics Solutions, and the "Teacher of the Future" center. In the library and publishing complex, they got acquainted with the exhibitions within the activity of the "Lower Volga Archaeology" school.
