Babadjanova Sayyora Khushnutovna, specialty 03.00.13-Human and animal physiology, became a candidate of biological sciences in 2002 on the topic of Hypometabolic state of animals under the influence of various factors and life expectancy of the organism.
Tadzhiev Anvar Yuldashevich, specialty 03.00.07-Microbiology, became a candidate of biological sciences in 2010 on the topic of Isolation, study and practical application of phosphorus-decomposing microorganisms of the wheat rhizosphere.
Ibragimova Nasiba Muminovna became a Candidate of Biological Sciences in 2024 with a thesis on "Development of potato storage technology using biopreparations" in the specialty 03.00.12-Biotechnology.

This Republican Scientific and Practical Conference was organized on the basis of the Order No. 16 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 18, 2024 and the Order No. 59 of the Rector of Urgench State University dated April 26, 2024 in order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution No. PQ-200 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 4, 2023.

The conference was held on November 21-22, 2024 at Urgench State University on the topic "Improving the quality of education and training in the field of biotechnology: problems and solutions".

This collection includes scientific articles presented at the conference by undergraduate and graduate students, doctoral candidates, independent researchers, researchers, scientists from research institutes, and professors and teachers from higher education institutions.
